Customized Practice CDs for Singers
When the student leaves the studio after having a singing lesson, they typically have six days to practice until the next lesson. How do they practice? How much do they practice? How can they find their notes or sing their scales reliably in tune without the help of the piano? What if they don't play piano? And it is best for singers, if even they do play the piano well, to focus on their singing when warming up and singing their songs and arias. Although it may be easier to find back up tracks for songs and arias, it is impossible to find a personalized warm-up CD that reflects the specific vocal exercises that the student is working with.
The problem has been solved! Starting February, 2010, Zoe Vandermeer is now offering her students customized practice CDs. The files can also be made available in the mp3 format.
The material is carefully planned, scripted, professionally recorded and mastered, so that the student can work with the CD every day. Because the CDs are customized, the material can be adjusted and adapted to the singer's needs as the singer develops their vocal technique skills. New material can be added, including accompaniments for songs and arias.
