Speakers: Make the Most of Your Voice!
No two people have the same voice. Like fingerprints, each voice is unique. Our voices tell us and those around us a lot about who we are, how we feel, how we think, and more. The voice is a conduit of expression. Without your voice, your message cannot get across to your audience effectively. Unlike presentation skills training for speakers, these sessions focus on the voice, voice usage, vocal function, voice care and voice training for the speaker. Speakers learn how to manage their voice in a variety of settings ranging from the telephone, person to person, the board room, conference, classroom, pulpit, and convention hall. Basic 101A training in microphone techniques is offered. Information is given on vocal health, traveling tips and voice care, vocal trauma, and vocal excercises for speakers.
